Photovoltaic (PV) Systems Design

HLE has designed and consulted in the following PV projects:

– 4 seperated 500 KW PV Projects in 4 – 16 acres farm in Waianea. This system consisted of 250KW Inverters.

– Lahaina Wastewater Treatment – 200 KW PV system ($2 Million)

– Piilani Highway Kihei, Hawaii – 500KW PV System – $2 Million Project

– Kapolei, Hawaii – 200 KW PV System

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station

HLE has designed and consulted in Level 1, 2, and DC Fast charging system for residential, commercial, parking lots,

and multiple unit dwellings (MUDs).

Pricing per Level 2 charging station starts from $1000 to $8000 plus installation.

DC Fast charging station starts from $20,000 or more.

Load Assessment will be required per project.

Computer Aided Design

HLE offers computer drafting services to a wide variety of disciplines. HLE’s drafting services are very flexible to meet your needs and range from creating full CAD drawings from small to large projects. HLE maintains the highest standards and have the latest in both computer workstations and drafting software. In addition, HLE upgrades workstations and softwares constantly to provide clients with both quality and service. HLE utilizes the latest in Bentley Nevada Microstation software. Compatibility issues are no problem with HLE if you have old versions of software or files.

Review and Stamp Drawings

All of HLE’s engineers are registered with Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA). HLE’s engineers have diverse construction knowledge which gives our clients a wide range of solutions tailored to their needs. Our engineering expertise allows us to efficiently expedite plan completion, permit approval and construction to complete your project as quickly as possible. Construction

Our network of certified installers is comprised of licensed independent electrical contractors and quality assurance professionals who make your installation and ongoing support their first priority. They are expert in local Hawaii code, permitting, and safety code. All installers and service personnel must participate in a rigorous training before interfacing with our customers, and our customers’ customers.

Conduct orientation and troubleshooting tutorial

Facilitate inspection

Provide in-person, on-site support (residential/commercial)
